About

Hi, I’m Siddhi 👋 I’m an aspiring Data Scientist with a software engineering background and a genuine curiosity for how data can explain people, behavior, and everyday decisions. At HSBC, even though my role was officially Software Engineer, I naturally found myself drawn toward data heavy problems, analytics, and systems that helped teams make smarter decisions. One moment that really changed how I looked at data was a storytelling demo that showed how a face detection system could identify similar looking actors across different countries. It sounds random, but that was the moment data stopped feeling like spreadsheets and started feeling creative and surprisingly human. Since then, I’ve enjoyed building projects, experimenting with models, and working on ideas that are both useful and interesting enough to make someone say, “okay wait… that’s actually pretty cool.”
